If you still experience problems or are unable to find a solution in the Software Help File(s) and/or Technotes/FAQ's, please contact the appropriate Amayeta Support Department. For Technical Support, please include the following information:
1. Your Serial Number (If registered user)
2. A detailed description of the Issue you are experiencing (If reporting a bug/fault)
3. If you need to send us Files, please upload them to a server and provide us with a download link.
All files should be contained in a single ZIP.
Registered users will take priority over non-registered, so please be sure to include your serial number if you are registered.
