Refund Policy
Refund Requests
Requests for returns/refunds must be made within 10 days of purchase from Amayeta. In the event of a refund request, if we cannot correct the problem, or provide an alternative solution, a refund will be granted subject to a 15% admin charge.
Products purchased from sources other than Amayeta (eg: Local Reseller, Mail Order, Internet Electronic Reseller and others) must be returned to the company from which they were purchased and are subject to that company's return policies.
We strongly encourage users to download and evaluate all software before committing to a purchase.
Refund Exclusions
Please note that returns/refunds are NOT granted for the following criteria:
- Improper use of Software.
- Misunderstanding use of the Software.
- Unwanted Software upon or after Purchase.
- Other, where the request for refund is not based upon a defect or bug discovered which cannot be corrected/resolved.
- Software Purchased at a Promotional or Sale Price, as indicated in the Promotion Terms & Conditions.
- Requests for Software purchased using a Promotional Code, Special Offer or Sale Price.
- Requests made outside of the 10 day window.
